Lowell introduced our special guests, members of the UA Afro- American Gospel Choir. The choir is a special interest group at UA that was founded in 1971 when 12 students entered a contest. Soon after 40 – 50 more students formed the choir that we know today.

There will be a benefit on 3/16/13 at the University Church of Christ on Julia Tutwiler Drive. The concert starts at 5pm and the doors open at 4pm. Cost is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Three members of the choir performed several selections that were outstanding! Please go out and support them on the 16th and enjoy the full choir, which is sure to be even more delightful!
